In XL90 neemt Melson Zwerver je iedere dinsdagavond van 20 tot 22 uur mee op een muzikale tijdreis. Twee uur lang hoor je muziek van de jaren 50 tot nu, op chronologische volgorde! Met de vaste rubiek De Verjaardagsplaat, waarin covers van een klassiek album uit de muziekgeschiedenis worden gedraaid.
